Is it true that if 2 ppl don't live together for a year (For example, one of them lives in Germany and the other in Romania...) their marriage is immediately ';dissolved';, i.e. ';void'; or something? Allegedly, they do not need to file for divorce.They are divorced!

I don't know the laws of Romania or Germany, I do know that if they were married in the U.S. they are STILL married.
