Degrassi: The Next Generation. It's a canadian show. There's this one character, Darcy, and she is abstinent, wears a purity ring, and is part of a group at school, The Friendship Club. She goes through stuff with her boyfriend b/c he's not a virgin.





But in the later seasons she is raped and goes through all these issues. She's a perfect example.








If not her though, then Grace Bowman on Secret Life of the American Teenager. She too wears a purity ring.

7th heaven has an example. Lucy, one of the kids, made a big deal out of waiting until she was married and then talked about how wonderful married sex was. (Not that she had anything to compare it to.)





It's not a TV show, but the 40 year old virgin also waited.
Boy Meets World- an old show (off air at least 5-10 years) but the main characters (Cory and Topenga, I think) wind up getting together and Topenga makes him wait until marriage for sex.
