On the Sims game I have you have to make them hug and kiss a bunch then eventually there should be a ';propose'; action..... But it sounds like you're playing a different Sims game because there are no spells on mine.How do you make a sim propose for marriage?
OOOh i reread your post and its not sims 2. Well i have played the first one since the new one came out but it sounds like you got making magic. I dont ever remember having the option to engage your sims, i think what happens if you go from a boy/girlfriend relationship and one day the option to get married kind of appears. Go to gamefaqs.com, they have forums for any game and you can ask specfically about the expansion packs you have and probably get a way better answer than on here, goodluck!
