What are the regulation for the catholics and the protestants when it comes to a mix marriage?

If a Roman Catholic wants to marry a Protestant, which conditions would the church of either side would put forward. for them to marry in one

or the other church, How does it work?.

Is it possible? how the families would react?. I know if an interesting case that I can explain according to your answers.

All I am interested to know if things have change from the way that they were 40 years ago. What are the regulation for the catholics and the protestants when it comes to a mix marriage?
depends where you are, how extreme your family are. e.g. northern ireland -

my mothers family were born again protestants, my fathers were catholic. she got sent a bible with highlighted passages for her wedding present from her uncle.

and there's a law i learned about in school , i can't remember it's name but it says if one parent is catholic and the other is a prod the children are raised catholic. What are the regulation for the catholics and the protestants when it comes to a mix marriage?
Only that the marriage takes place in a Catholic church and that the Protestant has to sign a waiver to agree that any children the marriage produces become Catholic.
Why is your nearly naked body on your avatar?

Do you think anyone here wants to see that?
