Which marriage do you think is stronger?

Marriage A:





Frequent fighting. Husband has attacked wife numerous times while intoxicated, requiring medical attention.





However, husband and wife spend a lot of time together and can be very loving toward each other.





Marriage B:





Very little fighting, just chronic, low-grade hostility. Rarely talk about important things, or anything at all. Appear to hate each other.

Neither is stronger. Both are in emotionally and, in Marriage A's case, physically damaging relationships. Both people in Marriage A are afraid of being alone and have self-destructive personalities and low self-esteems. Both partners in Marriage B seem to have very little interest in each other and are best to either begin communicating and listening or break up. In fact, the two in Marriage A should also break up.Which marriage do you think is stronger?
Marriage B. I understand all couples have arguments but a person can't get over abuse like that. It's not a real relationship if there is violence involved. You can't just be loving one second and abusive the next. That's part of the vicious cycle.
A is better if you remove the alcohol. kinda like what Muslims have . ALCOHOL IS NOT GOOD. Also, Remember! rare fights are good because that way the couple understands each others interests and desires, and after all , Makeup sex is the best sex.
They're both appalling. However, if the husband in marriage A has a drinking problem and wants to get better, that could potentially become a better marriage.
Of the two, Marriage A is better. The problems mentioned can be sorted out by self awareness, counselling etc. The fundamentals seem to be strong, there is love for each other and they spend quality time together.
Neither, both will end in divorce. physical abuse is grounds for divorce and the second one is going nowhere which might end up them cheating on eachother. Adultery is grounds for divorce too.
Well, neither.


But if I must choose, then I'd choose B.

marriage A sounds better. at least they still love each other.
Marriage B is better. No matter what, a violent relationship is extremely harmful.
Marriage A because although they fight, they spend quality time together and marriage is about commitment, trust and being happy together.
Both marriages are worthless.
